4 Coaching Sessions for the Price of 3 

This is an individualized coaching program that will be designed for you, based on your individual goals and needs.

What you will receive with this coaching program is listed below:

• A plan for our work together to help you stay on track and progress at a pace that is both comfortable and sustainable.
• 4 coaching sessions, for the cost of 3, to be used within a 12 week period from the date of purchase. Coaching involves us reviewing your progress, working on mindset and developing positive habits, working through any blocks, and creating a plan for the following week.
• Sessions are 45 minutes in length and are conducted via Zoom.
• Email support in between sessions as is needed until all sessions have been completed plus an additional 2 weeks following our 4th coaching session.
• Using my expertise as a coach and motivation and mindset expert, I will partner with you to help you achieve your goals.

The cost for this program is $375.00.
