Monthly Boss Lady Standard Coaching Program

This is an individualized coaching program that will be designed for you, based on your individual goals and needs.

What you will receive with this coaching program is listed below. This is a 4 week program:

A plan for our work together to help you stay on track and progress at a pace that is both comfortable and sustainable.
1 month of weekly, 1:1 coaching with me. Coaching involves us reviewing your progress, working on mindset and developing positive habits, working through any blocks, and creating a plan for the following week. Sessions are 45 minutes in length and are conducted via Zoom.
Email support in between sessions as is needed during the 4 weeks, plus an additional 2 weeks following our coaching sessions.
Using my expertise as a life coach, health coach, motivation expert, and therapists, I will partner with you to help you achieve your goals.

The cost for this program is $499.00.
