Meet Karen Vincent!

I'm a Health Coach, a Life Coach, a Motivation Expert, a Speaker / Trainer and a Licensed Therapist. I work with busy women who want to lose weight, gain energy and confidence and who want to live their best boss lady lives.  

While nutrition and exercise are important components to weight loss, mindset and our beliefs about ourselves are also critical components. Learning to change and/or manage what is going on mentally and emotionally is critical for successful, long term weight loss.

This is where my unique background as a Health Coach and a Life Coach, coupled with my mental health background and expertise in motivation make my programs, products and resources different.
