This coaching program includes:

• 1, 1:1 coaching with me. I will send you pre-work before our first session so that we maximize our time together. Sessions are 45 minutes in length and are conducted via Zoom video.
• Unlimited email access for additional support as is needed for the week prior to, and following your session.

Once you complete your purchase, go check your email and click on the link to my calendar to schedule your session! Remember, you are welcome to email me for unlimited support one week before and after your scheduled session so don't forget to take advantage of this extra support.
